Preliminary tryouts for the 2010-11 Atlanta Hawks season
Head down to the Philips Arena Practice Court this June for the A-Town Dancers preliminary auditions. This summer’s tryout date hasn’t been set but we want to see you there!
Dancers selected during the preliminary auditions must attend mandatory events during the A-Town Dancers Fabulous Finalists Week to be offered a place on the team.
Fabulous Finals Week is a great opportunity to get to know the A-Town Dancers leadership and potential teammates. Fun and challenging events typically offered during Fabulous Finals Week include a mixer, boot camp, interviews, media, rules and regulations instruction, uniform try-ons and some practice before final auditions.
Interested dancers are encouraged to attend one of the A-Town Dancers summer prep clinics to prepare for tryouts.

Dancers who would like to audition to join the A-Town Dancers must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- »Must be at least 19 years of age before auditioning
- »Must be a high school graduate or hold a G.E.D.
- »Must have a part or full-time job or be a college or professional student

Join the A-Town Dancers for a pre-audition prep clinic
Each year, the A-Town Dancers team hosts a summer prep clinic leading up to auditions. This summer’s prep clinic date hasn’t been set but we want to see you there!
Typical prep clinics last approximately 2 hours and feature dance instruction and a Q&A session with team management and current dance team members.
